What You Get
When you submit your event to the Art Calendar, it will also be included in our "7 Days of Art" email newsletter!
We accept a variety of visual arts events, including: art shows, receptions, artist talks, open studios, classes, demos, workshops, art fairs, calls for art, and multi-town or multi-date events, and more. All events must be within 40 miles of Berkshire County. We reserve the right to decline events that may not suit our audience’s interests.
How to Submit Your Event
Fill out the form below to get your event listed!
- Calendar postings go live on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Newsletter Deadline: Submit your calendar event by Monday at Noon (Eastern) to be included in Tuesday's newsletter. Events are featured the Tuesday before the start date.
- Urgent Posting: If you missed the deadline, email Info@ArtInTheBerkshires.com with "URGENT CALENDAR POSTING" in the subject and your event details. We will do our best to accomodate!
Social Media Promotion
To promote your event on our social media, please check our Home/Memberships menu for options. A Featured Venue Membership or an Artist Amplify Membership is required for social media posts in 2025. We will continue offering free social media posts through 2024.
