Event Submission

Types of events accepted onto the visual arts calendar include:  art shows, show receptions, artist talks, open studios, classes, demos, workshops, art fairs, multi-town and multi-date art events.  We reserve the right to not accept events that do not meet our visitors' needs.

FOR CALENDAR:  To have your event included in the Calendar, simply fill out the form below and submit it!

The Deadline to be included in Tuesday's newsletter is Tuesdays at Noon Eastern. Calendar postings go live on Mondays and Tuesdays through Noon.  If you need your event posted sooner than Monday or Tuesday, please send email to  Info@ArtInTheBerkshires.com with Subject:  URGENT CALENDAR POSTING. Let us know what you need in your email.

FOR INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK:  Events submitted to our calendar will automatically be posted on Instagram ahead of the scheduled event. If the event is a show, then social media posts will run through the duration of the show.

If you want your post to be shared on our Instagram account, simply include "@ArtInTheBerkshires" in your content, and we will repost it on our account!
