Bruce Laird is a contemporary artist known for his mixed media artworks in the Pop style. His creations feature a range of themes, from dry humor to nostalgic uses of found objects, presented in whimsical yet sophisticated ways.
Laird recently collaborated with artist Deborah H. Carter on a wearable art piece that has been accepted into the 2024 World of WearableArt competition in Wellington, New Zealand. (pictured here)
Having moved to Lee, MA, from Port Washington, NY, Laird is a formally trained artist who has spent much of his career creating and exhibiting art extensively in Long Island. He currently maintains an art studio at the Clock Tower Artists Studios in Pittsfield, where he shows and sells his work.
